OP-CC-500 food waste composting machine can successfully compost 500 kg to 550 Kg of organic waste, in a stipulated 22-24 hours time. It is very efficient because of its feature: Heating and dry Decomposing multi-Step process. Sleek, portable, one-piece portable, and stand-alone machinery, the electric composter’s contact parts are made of signature stainless steel 304. OP-CC-500 organic waste composter is ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It’s equipped with innovative features that simplify the operating procedure for an efficient waste reduction result. And the bin lifter system allows for easy food waste input. This automatic food waste composting machine is a mechanical device that provides the necessary degradation environment for food waste microbial treatment bacteria and rapidly degrades food waste. The device provides suitable temperature, humidity, oxygen content, and the like for the microbial treatment bacteria so that the organic waste can be rapidly degraded.

1. Which type of machines is available? We offer fully automatic OPDE Composters, from 5kgs to 300tons. 2. What is the per-day processing capacity of the machine? It depends on the model you wish to purchase. For eg. OP-CC-500 has 500kg per day organic waste processing capacity. 3. Does the Composter give out any harmful gases? No gases as there is aerobic digestion taking place i.e. continuous air intake and air outlet. 4. What can go into the OPDE’s Composter? - Items to be placed in: Food Waste, Fish, Fish Bones, Meat, Meat Bones, Poultry, Poultry Bones, Vegetables, Fruits, Fruits & Vegetable Peels, Pasta, Rice, Bread & Pastry, Egg-Shells, Manure, Faeces & Yard Waste Cattle, Horse, Dog, Yard Trimmings. - Items to be avoided: Plastics, Metal Objects, Construction Waste, Textiles, Wood/Wooden Objects, Coconut-Shells. 5. Can the Organic Fertilizer be used directly in gardens/fields? Yes. The organic fertilizer can be used directly in gardens or plants. Since it is concentrated it needs to be mixed with soil in the proportion of 10:1 (soil: compost) and then added to the plants. 6. What is the warranty or guarantee for the machine? 12 months warranty is provided on manufacturing defects only. 7. What is the benefit of using OPDE composter over a compost pit? There are many benefits of using OPDE Composter over Compost Pit: 1) You do not need a large area for dumping in the waste as composter needs small floor space, hence saving in land costs. 2) You do not need to depend on the sunlight for heating the waste inside the pit, the machine does the job for you, hence saving time and effort and being highly convenient. 3) You do not need to add sawdust or waste during the process, the machine senses and controls the humidity and temperature for you, hence saving time and effort and being highly convenient. 4) You get the compost in 24 hours straight and then you can put in the next batch of waste but with Composting Pits, you need to wait for at least 60-90 days. 5) You save on civil construction costs as the machine does not require a pit to be built. 6) You do need to worry about the slurry or sludge formation during the monsoon season as the pit has to be kept open 365 days.
