This is our smallest demo running waste plastic tire pyrolysis to oil machine. you can put 10kg waste materials into the reactor, after 1-2hours, the oil will come out.
In 2015 before chinese lunar new year, we sent this machine to our Brazil client. now they are doing the custom clearance.
The raw material would be various, like plastic, tyre, oil sludge, aluminium foil. Through this machine, you can get plastic oil, carbon black and syngas which can be recycled to the furnace to heat the reactor again.
